Welcome to the NY State Park Police Union Website.

All NY State Park Police members are urged to register for the site and forums. All registrations will be verified before access will be granted to secured areas of the forums. All memberships or nick names will be confidential so your identities will not be shared with other members of the site, unless you make it known yourself. Once your registration is verified you will be assigned the appropriate rank/user level and granted permission to the appropriate forum areas for that rank and below. You WILL Not be granted acces to a member area if you will not provide your identity for verification. To speed your access to these areas, you can PM or contact Jamie Hardison and provide nickname and date of regitration. Any questions PM same.

Rules for site are same as most forum / message boards.
1) No obscene language / pictures.
2) No personal attacks on members etc.
a) If you are venting about someone or something DO NOT USE NAMES/Shield Numbers etc!!! (Posting names or personal info will have your post editted or removed, a warning issued & a possible ban.

The site is here to provide information and foster better communication amongst the membership. Union officials will be here to answer questions either in the forum itself or via PMs.

Currently we are looking for members to act as moderators for the forums as well as presenting ideas for website content. Feel free to post these ideas on the Site forums section. If you are interested in assisting with the website please PM JamieHardison once you have registered.

60: You are wow power leveling now

specced SM/DS, which is generally accepted to be best grinding spec. Do whatever killing you need to

do, grind wow power leveling factions etc., and then respec to your

high-level build of choice.
Equipment best wow gold Choice:
"I found that during early levels it was best to focus on +sta, and at around 35 or so to switch to

+shadow or +dmg. If you are specced wow power leveling into

affliction and are draintanking, +dmg will be vastly superior to +sta. You
kill the cheapest wow gold mobs much faster for the

same mana, and heal yourself that much faster." -Clutchsama
It's my personal gold for wow opinion that up until

about level 40 you should stack +sta and "of the Eagle" gear. At 30, start looking for Shadoweave gear,

and around 40 switch into it. Full Shadoweave can be made by tailors,
and will give world of warcraft power leveling a bonus of

+114 shadow damage, along with some Int and Sta, and can be equipped at
level world of warcraft power leveling 44.
In general, while using Dark Pact I stack as much +damage gear as possible, and while using Demonic

Sacrifice, I stack as much +sta wow power leveling gear as

possible, while keeping a minimum of +100 dmg.

Ice Barrier wow power leveling (1

point) - Instantly shields you absorbing 454 damage at rank 1 but it is trainable to be able to absorb

1003 damage at rank 5. It lasts for 1 minute and the spells you cast will not be interrupted while the

shield wow power leveling is on you.
Artic Winds (5 points) - Increases all Frost damage you cause by 5% and reduces the chance melee and

ranged wow gold attacks will hit you by 5%.
Empowered Frostbolt (5 points) - Your Frostbolt spell gains an additional 10% of your bonus spell

damage effects and an additional 5%
chance wow power leveling to critically strike.
Summon Water Elemental (1 point) - This is kinda what makes it so useful with all the slowing abilities

as well as the aion power leveling

Frost Nova spells. This spell summons a Water Elemental to fight for you for 45 seconds. The Water

Elemental is very aion gold useful in

Arenas since 45 seconds really can be a long time in an arena match.
Keep your opponent slowed cheap wow power leveling down or

Frost Nova'd and let your Water Elemental do a lot of the damage
while you buy wow power leveling work towards keeping your

opponent CC'ed the whole time. It does take some practice but can be very hard to beat with an

experienced cheap wow gold player with tons of mage pvp

practice behind the wheel.
